Politique d’expédition

This shipping policy applies to business clients operating in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Australia. All orders follow a simplified, region-friendly delivery process. The total order value (product + shipping) is always below €120 for smooth and predictable delivery.

1. Shipping Times

Most orders are delivered within 4 to 12 business days after processing. Delivery times vary depending on destination, product type, and warehouse location.

Some items may arrive earlier or in separate parcels depending on stock availability and routing.

2. Payment, Processing & Confirmation

After payment, you will see the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email with estimated processing time.

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and estimated arrival time.

Tracking may not update at every stage of the journey.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

• European Union
• United Kingdom
• United States
• Australia

Shipments to PO Boxes or remote areas may require extra time or have specific restrictions.

4. Fulfillment & Tracking

Orders may ship in one or multiple parcels depending on warehouse allocation. Tracking details will be provided by email when available.

5. Customs, VAT & Import Duties

European Union: VAT is prepaid using the IOSS system. No additional customs charges apply at delivery.

United Kingdom: Goods for the UK are shipped from within the country. No customs fees or delays.

United States: Goods for the U.S. are shipped from within the country. No import taxes or customs procedures.

Australia: Each order stays below AUD 1,000. GST (10%) is paid at checkout. No extra fees at delivery.

Summary: Taxes are paid upfront according to regional rules. No additional charges apply on arrival.

6. Address Accuracy

Clients must provide complete and accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. Reshipping costs apply if an order returns due to address errors.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Flight disruptions
• Local inspections (where applicable)
• Force majeure events

Tracking information provides the most accurate updates.

8. Split Shipments

Orders may arrive in multiple parcels from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. This does not affect the standard delivery range of 4 to 12 business days.
