Product Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, clients will be notified and offered an alternative or cancellation.
Pricing: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly shown before payment.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, MB Way, Multibanco Reference, and PayPal.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation. Estimated processing times are shown during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery: Times and costs vary based on destination and method. P12 Hub Europe is not liable for delivery delays due to external factors or force majeure.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Portuguese law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without reason.
Return Conditions: Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Return Process: Contact customer support by email or form. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds: Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
6. Product Warranty
All products benefit from the legal conformity warranty, under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 84/2021 of October 18, applicable to consumer goods and other relevant laws.
