Subscriptions, Pre-orders, Try Before You Buy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or under a try-before-you-buy model. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in full.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. If you do not want the renewal to continue, you may cancel at any time.

You can cancel or modify your subscription using the links included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders

When placing a pre-order, you are buying an item that is temporarily unavailable or not yet released. Depending on the product, you may pay nothing at checkout or pay a partial deposit. Your payment method will be securely stored, and the full or remaining amount will be charged later.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order if it has not yet been processed. Once the order is processed, cancellation is no longer available, but you may still request a refund where allowed.

Try Before You Buy

For items offered under the try-before-you-buy model, we authorize your payment method before shipping the product. You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item.

If you do not return the item within this period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.

Try Before You Buy – Digital Products

For digital items offered with a try-before-you-buy option, you will receive free access for a limited trial period before any payment is charged.

Your payment method is charged only after the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid payment. After cancellation, access to the digital content ends immediately.
